Forte Greenergy Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian clean technology company developing zero-CO₂ solutions to address one of the world’s acute climate challenges, methane emissions.

Through our Advanced Carbon Refinery (ACR), powered by innovative Microwave Plasma Methane Pyrolysis (MPMP) technology, we transform methane into high purity hydrogen and advanced carbon materials such as graphite and graphene. These resources support the transition to sustainable energy, next-generation materials, and circular economy solutions.

How does it work?

Our Advanced Carbon Refinery (ACR) uses microwave plasma to split methane into its core elements, hydrogen and solid carbon without generating CO₂ emissions. Through this clean, carbon-neutral process, hydrogen is produced as a versatile energy carrier, while carbon is refined into valuable materials such as graphite and graphene. By capturing carbon in solid form before it becomes greenhouse gas, our technology provides a sustainable pathway for clean energy production and advanced material supply. All without the need for water or harmful by-products.

Palm Oil Mills (POME)

Large methane emissions from palm oil mill effluent ponds in Malaysia and Indonesia can be converted into clean hydrogen and advanced carbon materials.

Landfills & Waste Management Facilities

Municipal solid waste landfills generate methane that can be captured and valorized.

Sewage & Wastewater Treatment Plants

Methane from anaerobic digestion at facilities provides a reliable feedstock.

Gas-Fired Power Plants & Industrial Gas Networks

Existing natural gas infrastructure can host modular ACR units for low-carbon hydrogen and carbon materials production.
